Eyedeea Photos is a photo intelligence and organization service that helps users upload, store, process, organize, search, and view photo libraries across supported devices and experiences. This Privacy Policy explains, in simple terms, what information we may collect, how we use it, and the choices available to users.

  • Account and subscription information, such as name, email address, login credentials, plan details, billing status, and household or role settings.

  • AI and processing outputs, such as curated album groupings, generated album names, quality scores, duplicate or blurry detections, face embeddings or face clusters, slideshow selections, reel outputs, and privacy or sensitive-content classifications.
  • Usage and technical information, such as device type, app version, browser or client information, IP address, diagnostics, crash logs, audit logs, queue or job history, and service performance data.
  • Communications and support information, if a user contacts us for support, feedback, or account assistance.

How We Use Information​

  • Upload, store, sync, process, organize, and display user photo libraries.
  • Generate metadata, search results, curation suggestions, album names, reels, slideshows, and other product features.

Sensitive Content and Photo Analysis​

Because Eyedeea Photos is designed to understand and organize photo libraries, the service may process information that some users consider sensitive, including faces, family photos, location history, and image-based classifications. These features are used to power product functionality such as search, grouping, ranking, privacy controls, and household viewing experiences.

How We Share Information​

We do not sell personal information. We may share information only in limited situations, such as:

  • With service providers or infrastructure partners that help us host, secure, process, store, analyze, or support the service.
