Can I sign up on Android?

Create your account on the website first, then sign in on Android with the same Google account.

Why don't my photos have location data?

Photos shared through messaging or social apps often have GPS stripped. Use originals from your camera roll when possible.

How do I report a bug?

If you found a bug in the web app, email support@eyedeea.com.

If you found a bug in the Android app, open the app Settings and tap Export Debug Logs, then email the generated logs to support@eyedeea.com.
